The gap we couldn’t ignore
Impact25 began with a simple observation: Across the Caribbean, brilliant young minds were graduating with diplomas but without the practical tools to navigate the financial world. We saw students with immense academic potential who lacked the "money language" needed to break cycles of poverty and build lasting security.
“Maybe we can do something about this.”
We realized that for a young person in the Caribbean to truly thrive, they needed a dual foundation. It wasn't enough to excel in math or science if they didn't understand how to invest, save, or manage credit in a global economy.
Our story is rooted in the belief that education should do more than just help a student pass an exam; it should empower them to build a life.
Today, Impact25 is a growing movement of mentors, educators, and visionaries. We walk alongside those under 25 from diverse backgrounds, teaching them that their heritage is a source of strength and their financial future is theirs to write.
